We started Holistic Business Solutions in 2010 to build software the way it should be built — by engineers who stay on the room after go-live, on stacks the client can maintain, against outcomes that show up in the P&L. Sixteen years and six regions later, that's still how every line of code ships.

one ledger.

Independent, self-funded, deliberately built. Below — the milestones that shaped how we operate today.
2010

Founded in Hyderabad

Three founders, one studio, and a shared belief that enterprises in our region needed practitioner-led advice — not parachuted slideware. First five clients within six months, all referral-led, none lost since.

2013

Technology services practice launched

Spun up an in-house engineering capability so we could build what we recommended. ERP implementations, integration platforms, custom portals — engineered, not subcontracted.

Practice expansion
2015

First international office — Illinois, USA

Followed our first multinational client across the Atlantic. Permanent ground presence for North-American clients; same teams, same delivery rhythm, local accountability.

2017

Managed operations & talent solutions

Clients started asking us to run what we built. We obliged — and added permanent staffing capability so we could send people, not just process documentation.

2019

South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Canada — same year

Aggressive year. Three new regional offices opened on the back of multi-year programmes. Crossed 200 active clients and 400 practitioners on the bench.

Oman partner channel established

Deepened GCC coverage with a partner-led model. Crossed the 1,000th cumulative project milestone in the same fiscal year.
